What’s Included in Tour Price: Guide fee
What’s Not Included in Tour Price: Transportation fee Admission fee, Meals fee Please also cover the guide’s expenses while you are together.
Payment: The guest will make a payment by Wise or bank transfer. Please also cover the transfer fees.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest wishes to cancel the tour after confirmation, the following cancellation fees will apply: 30 days or more before the tour date: 30% of the tour price 15–29 days before the tour date: 50% of the tour price 8–14 days before the tour date: 80% of the tour price 0–7 days before the tour date: 100% of the tour price After cancellation, the amount paid by the guest, minus the applicable cancellation fee and transfer fees, will be refunded via Wise or bank transfer. A no-show on the day due to the guest’s circumstances will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoon, snow, heavy rain, extreme heat) or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the guest will be notified 1–2 days prior to the tour date. A full refund (100% of the tour price) will be issued via Wise or bank transfer.
Tour Style: Tours will be conducted either by car or by public transportation, depending on the guests’ requests.
Do Not Add Participants Without Notice: If you want to add members to your group, please inform the guide in advance. The tour price will change by number of people attending the tour. Without doing so, the guide reserves the right to cancel the tour without refunds if an unexpected member shows up without prior information.
Insurance: Insurance is not included in the tour. Please make sure that you are fully insured for your trip to Japan. While the guide will take the most care and attention to conduct the tour safely, the guide is not responsible for any loss or personal injury occurred during the tour.
Changing the Itinerary or Stopping the Tour on the Day: While the guide will try to conduct the tour as scheduled and do the utmost to grant guest’s request, the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary flexibly on the tour day depending on the circumstance. ex. If a sudden heavy rain hit the tour, the guide may change the next destination to indoor facility from outdoor garden. The guide reserves the right to stop the tour in the middle, if the situation of the tour faced the difficulty to continue safely. In this case, there will be no refund.
